The Idelsohn Society for Musical Preservation is a critically-acclaimed non-profit comprised of academics and music industry insiders that preserve Jewish history through the music we have loved and lost. Flux&Render created an online home to promote events, create a visual archive of featured Idelsohn artists, sell new releases and build an online identity to organize the Idelsohn Society's varied projects.
Steven Smith studied computer science and anthropology in Texas and design and long-form improv comedy in New York. He earned his MFA from the Designer as Author Program at the School of Visual Arts before starting Flux&Render. His work favors a playful, surprising design approach that is rooted in a love of music, performance and laughter.
